Fun Spring Break Trip
We just got back from California where the kids and I had a great trip. We did lots of swimming in Grams and Grampa's pool. The kids are quite the fish and loved being in the water any chance they get. For my birthday last week we went to Disneyland. It was so much fun. We started with breakfast with some of the Disney characters. My mom bought a pin that said Happy Birthday with my name written on it. Everywhere we went in the park the employees wished me a "Happy Birthday." It was fun. The kids were like Energizer bunnies, they just kept going that day. I think the grown-ups were done even before the kids. I loved seeing the kids full of excitement and joy as we went on some of the old favorites at Disneyland and explored some new things as well. They are beautiful, loving children and I am so grateful to get to be their mom! We are so grateful for Grams, Grampa, Auntie Lindsay, Uncle Brandon, and Aunt Chelsea for all of there wonderful help. We are so grateful for all of our family members and wish we lived closer to all of them. I love to say that the best thing about heaven will be getting to all be together in one place someday, although that can wait! For now we will have to enjoy the times we get to be together.

Crazy Spring Days
It seems the last month and a half has been so busy it is hard to catch our breath. Michael is coaching Lindsay and Evan's soccer team and I am coaching Laurel's soccer team. Between practices and games we always seem to be doing something related to soccer. It has also been extremely cold at the 6:30 games and we are thinking Fall Soccer is a little more enjoyable than Spring. The kids don't seem to care though and are having a great time. Laurel and Lindsay are also clogging! For those of you who are confused the best way I can describe clogging is a country western/riverdance/tap dance. Jonathan's main job is jumping, climbing, and doing anything else that will land him in urgent care or the doctor's office. Last month it was staples to the back of his head when he fell onto the corner of the piano bench. Michael's job continues to keep him extremely busy and of course my responsibilites at home keep me hopping all the time; however, I can't complain we have a very blessed life.
